Secretary/Administrative
1. Are you a highly experienced Patent Litigation Secretary who enjoys the technology side of litigation? A Senior IP Litigation Secretary is needed for the Silicon Valley office of a large, national law firm to support a heavy patent litigation desk. Must have significant eFiling experience as well as experience working in eRooms and on local drives for document storage and reference. The desk includes both a heavy IP litigation partner and associate (and probably a first year). Must have 7+ years as a litigation secretary and substantive experience in patent litigation. 2. A Temporary Attorney Recruiting Coordinator is needed for an assignment that will likely last approximately 6 months. This is a very clerical role: will do extensive filing, putting together interview packets, scheduling meetings, sending form letters, etc. Will assist with the summer associate program and on campus interview season: tracking applicants, running reports, preparing materials, etc. May work with vendors and have some attorney contact so must be poised and professional.
